The facility for staff accommodation currently exists at Dubai Maritime City, and a new project – a 1,406 room staff accommodation – is in the making. The new project will be connected to the Industrial District of Dubai Maritime City providing easy access for staff of companies operating in the maritime hub.

Leasing living quarters for your workforce is easy in Dubai Maritime City. The employer needs to only liaise with the Dubai Maritime City property management team to obtain information on the availability of living quarters and thereafter, book the quarters for their workers.

1.22 million sq.ft of built up area

A total built-up area of 113,935 sq.m (that's about 1.22 million sq.feet) and a capacity of company accommodation over 8,000 men and over 900 women, this project is due for competition in mid 2024. The facility will also include Recreational facilities, F&B outlets, a clinic, retail shops, fire safety protocols and an onsite administration office.

Building a company accommodation on a lease warehouse or a plot of land is against the regulations of DMC. The purpose of an industrial land is to be used for marine operations only.

However, Dubai Maritime City will soon offer staff accommodation in our new project aimed to be completed by mid 2024. This facility will be able to house over 8,000 men and over 900 women who work for companies that are part of Dubai Maritime City.

There are various sizes of workshops at Dubai Maritime City. However, the largest would be the Yacht Repair Workshops. These are specialized workshops created to house yachts for repair and maintenance. The size of a yacht repair workshop is 2,522 sq.m (27,146.58 sq.ft.)
